Pressure switches ДЕМ-105М-РАСКО

Pressure switches ДЕМ-105М-РАСКО (hereinafter – devices) intended for monitoring and two-step regulation of pressure in alarm systems, protection and control systems for pump, compressor and refrigeration plants, diesel engines, locomotive type and other systems. Devices are manufactured for relay control of the operating medium pressure and differential pressure by opening or closing electric contacts.

Scope of application:

- ventilation, air conditioning and cold supply systems;

- pump, compressor and turbine machine building;

- local automation systems at heat, water and power supply facilities.

Controlled medium is water, air, freons, oils and other liquids and gas, with a maximum viscosity of 0.8 Pa_˙s, nonaggressive to the used structural materials.

Devices are fit for operation under conditions established for version ОМ5 as per GOST 15150, bur for operation within the temperature range from minus 20 to plus 85oC.

Devices are fitted with electrical connector as per DIN 43650.

The devices are supplied with coupling thread М12х1.5, G1/4 and G1/2.

Guarantee period of storage is 18 months since the date of manufacture.

Guarantee service life is 12 months since the date of commissioning within the guarantee period of storage. – page 22 of the Catalog

GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS

1. Device designation, setpoint thresholds, basic error, actuation range and threshold return area value of devices are in compliance with those given in Table 1.

Notes

1. Setting the device to a specific actuation setpoint shall be done by the manufacturer in compliance with the order.

2. The return area of devices is directed towards pressure decrease in relation to the setpoint.

3. The customer is allowed to reset a setpoint within the range of values specified in Table 1. – page 22 of the Catalog

2. Maximum allowable pressure of the controlled medium is given in Table 2.

3. Devices are designed for operation at contact loads specified in Table 3.

4. The devices are resistant to and preserve parameters under conditions of operating decreased temperature of minus 20oC and operating increased temperature of plus 85oC of ambient air.

5. As to dust or water ingress protection, devices are of version IP64.

6. Weight of the device is 1.3 kg as maximum.
