Manometric explosion-proof temperature relay-sensors ТДМВ-102 (hereinafter – devices) are intended for monitoring and regulating the temperature of gaseous and liquid media in stationary refrigeration plants and other systems of coal mines, in indoor and outdoor explosive areas as per Ex marking, GOST IEC 60079-14, PUE (“Electrical Installations Code”) Chapter 7.3, and other regulatory documents governing the application of electrical equipment in explosive gaseous atmospheres as well as in underground pits and coal mines, and their surface structures.

Devices are also used for an alarm unit and to operate under conditions in which there is normally no blowing of the enclosure with dust-air flows, nor electrostatic charging of the enclosure by means of friction, electrostatic induction or contact with charged bodies.

Controlled medium is fresh water, air, freons, oils, diesel fuel and other liquids and gas with a maximum viscosity of 0.8 Pa×s, nonaggressive to the used structural materials.

Devices are fit for operation under conditions established for versions УХЛ2, В2,5 as per GOST 15150-69.

* “Specified setpoint range” – values of setpoints at which the requirements of technical conditions are satisfied for each device version.

 

Notes
1. Setting the device to a specific actuation setpoint shall be done by the manufacturer in compliance with the order.
Setpoint value shall be selected from the setpoint range in increments of 1°С.
2. If the order does not specify an actuation setpoint, devices shall be set by the manufacturer to the following actuation setpoints within the appropriate specified setpoint range:
ТДМВ-102.01 – 0°С ± 3°С;
ТДМВ-102.02 – plus 20°С ± 3°С;
ТДМВ-102.03 – plus 50°С ± 3°С;
ТДМВ-102.04 – plus 100°С ± 3°С. –page 40 of the Catalog

Notes
1 Minimum value of switched current is 0.1 A with maximum inductance for DC of 5 mH.
2 It is not allowed to use devices for switching minimum currents if they were used at other current loads.


4. Devices are resistant to exposure of ambient temperature from minus 40 to plus 70°С.

5. As to dust or water ingress protection, devices are of version IP67 as per GOST 14254-96.

6. Weight of the device is 2.5 kg as maximum.
