Pressure switches ДЕМ-102 РАСКО

Pressure switches are intended for signaling and relay control of the operating medium pressure by opening or closing electric contacts.

Scope of application:

• ventilation, air conditioning and cold supply systems;

• pump, compressor and turbine machine building;

• local automation systems at heat, water and power supply facilities.

Operating medium is water, air, oils, freons and other liquids and gas nonaggressive to steels and copper alloys.

They are very resistant to external affecting factors (impacts, vibration, oscillating motion, ingress of dust or water, impact of salt (sea) mist, moulds, etc.), and have a high switching stability of electric contacts.

The return area in ДЕМ-102 РАСКО devices is directed towards pressure decrease in relation to the setpoint. Upon pressure increase and reach of the value corresponding to a setpoint, contacts 1−5 shall open, and contacts 1−3 shall close; upon pressure decrease by the value of return area, contacts 1−5 shall close, and 1−3 – open.
The return area in ДЕМ-202 РАСКО devices is directed towards pressure increase in relation to the setpoint. Upon pressure decrease and reach of the value corresponding to a setpoint, contacts 1−5 shall close, and contacts 1−3 shall open; upon pressure increase by the value of return area, contacts 1−5 shall open, and contacts 1−3 shall close.
Devices with designation ending with number 2 shall have an electrical connector as per DIN 43650 C.

Operating medium temperature and ambient temperature is -40 to +85°С Enclosure IP rating of the devices with IP64 connector

Switching capacity of the contacts:

• AC voltage is 127…380 V at frequency of 50 (60) Hz, at сos(φ)>0.6, switching current is 6 А as maximum;
• DC voltage is 24…220 V, at minimal current 0.05 А, switching power is 60 W;

Scope of delivery: device, certificate, coupling nuts with nipple; completed as an option with pulse tubes with outside diameter Ø=6 mm, installation kits КМ1 or КМ2.
