Pressure switches ДДМВ-102 (hereinafter – devices) are intended for monitoring and regulating the pressure of gaseous and liquid media in systems for automatic monitoring, regulation and control of heat power engineering processes, as well as in refrigeration and other systems of coal mines, in indoor and outdoor explosive areas as per Ex marking, GOST IEC 60079-14, PUE (“Electrical Installations Code”) Chapter 7.3, and other regulatory documents governing the application of electrical equipment in explosive gaseous atmospheres as well as in underground pits and coal mines, and their surface structures.
Devices are also used for an alarm unit and to operate under conditions in which there is normally no blowing of the enclosure with dust-air flows, nor electrostatic charging of the enclosure by means of friction, electrostatic induction or contact with charged bodies.
Controlled medium is fresh water, air, freons, oils, diesel fuel and other liquids and gas with a maximum viscosity of 0.8 Pa×s, nonaggressive to the used structural materials. –page 15 of the Catalog

Notes
1. Setting the device to a specific actuation setpoint and to a specific value of return area (for devices with controllable return area only) shall be done by the manufacturer according to the order.
Setpoint value shall be selected from the setpoint range in increments of:
– 5 kPa – for ДДМВ-102-01;
– 10 kPa – for ДДМВ-102-02;
– 0.01 MPa – for ДДМВ-102-03, ДДМ-102-04;
– 0.1 MPa – for ДДМВ-102-05;
– 0.5 MPa – for ДДМВ-102-06.
2. If the order does not specify an actuation setpoint, devices shall be set by the manufacturer to the following actuation setpoints within the appropriate specified setpoint range:
– ДДМВ-102-01 – 100 kPa ± 5 kPa;
– ДДМВ-102-02 – 500 kPa ± 25 kPa;
– ДДМВ-102-03 – 0.1 MPa ± 0.012 MPa;
– ДДМВ-102-04 – 0.75 MPa ± 0.15 MPa;
– ДДМВ-102-05 – 1.5 MPa ± 0.25 MPa;
– ДДМВ-102-06 – 3 MPa ± 0.25 MPa.
3. If the order does not specify the value of return area (for devices with controllable return area only), devices shall be set by the manufacturer to the minimum value of return area.
4. The customer is allowed to reset a setpoint and return area (for devices with controllable return area only) within the range of values specified in Table 1. –page 16 of the Catalog

4. Devices are resistant to exposure of ambient temperature from minus 40 to plus 70°С.
